Hello everyone! So today I thought I'd just share a quick weekend wishlist. I've always loved these kinds of posts and find it interesting to see what other people want to buy. I wanted to keep this post short and sweet so I modeled it after one of my favorite bloggers gifting list series. After looking into it more I found it comes from a simple living lifestyle guide for kids. The adapted idea is to buy something you want, something you need, something to wear, and something to read. I like it because it's easy to remember and helps narrow down the options of what to get someone else as a gift. one // Kinfolk Magazine Issue Sixteen --- I am in love with the aesthetic of this magazine. I also love the diversity and simple modern beauty of the models in their editorials. I've been following them on Instagram for a while so I think it's time for me to buy the real thing to add to my bookshelf.

two // TOMS Classic Canvas Shoes in Natural --- I've read great things about this brand for years and not only are they driven by an admirable social mission but they make stylish casual shoes for a comfy day at work or a day out in the neighborhood.

three // Canon PowerShot G7X Digital Camera --- Confession: I don't actually own my own digital camera and I take most of my blog photos with my iPhone (which is surprisingly good quality). I'm long overdue for an upgrade and this camera is the go to choice for some of my favorite youtubers. The video quality is amazing but I'm the most excited for the flip up screen. Selfie, anyone? ;]

four // Mario Badescu Skin Care Products --- I think I mentioned before that my skin is oily/acne prone (ugh!) and I'm trying to take better care of my skin. I'm trying to build a regimen this summer so I will be trying some new products to help clear up my skin. Two of my favorite beauty bloggers (Claire Marshall @ Hey Claire and Felicia @ This That Beauty) both mention this brand's cleansers and toners as effective acne fighting products so I will be purchasing them to give it a try. Specifically I'd like to try the Acne Facial Cleanser, Glycolic Acid Toner, and the Cucumber Cleansing Lotion.

I discovered this bag while scrolling through my Polyvore account and instantly fell in love with it. I made several sets with this bag because I feel it's just so versatile. Plus it can bring a tropical feel to whatever outfit your wearing. ;]

These particular three sets are outfits I'd wear to class on a slightly warmer day. I go back to college this fall semester. I'm excited and slightly terrified.

Here are two ways to wear a white tee and denim shorts during the summer. As summer winds down to a close these two outfits remind me to smile and relax, especially sunny yellow backpack!

Here's a simple variation of an outfit that I've worn many times. (The Proenza Schouler bag and the Nikon DF camera are two wishlist items I would love to add to my real life collection but for now they will live on in my mind and on the blogosphere.) 

A staple item in my closet, the black and white striped cotton t-shirt dress. I like to accessorize it with gold earrings and a gold collar necklace. Brown strapped sandals are super easy to wear. If it gets chilly, throw on a light wash denim jacket to complete the look. Perfect for a casual summer day :]

As the summer solstice has officially commenced, it's time to pull out your summer wardrobe. School's out so I've retired my big tote for the semester in favor of a small brown cross body bag.

The texture is faux-leather and super relaxed and slouchy - perfect for running around town on easy errands. But for summer parties and events I'd like something a bit more sophisticated.
